Implementation Services

Your foresight delivered promptly

Implementing our service solution should not be compared to a massive application roll-out or complex infrastructure upgrade. Our 5 step MACE implementation model is a very pragmatic approach to deliver value quickly. Typically we start with a Proof of Concept (PoC) on 1 selected critical business process. Going through this PoC with a limited feature scope allows your organization and business peers to understand the requirements and the process involved towards implementing our CiO information service. Once the PoC is operational we fine-tune its implementation until the results are satisfying your expectations.  Next we move into full feature deployment on this 1 critical business process demonstrating the overall value derived from our service.

Our MACE model: 5 step implementation model

1. Define business objectives: select a critical business process and define target business KPI's to achieve
2. Business & IT workshop: build a dependency map from the business process into IT service, application, infrastructure and vendor
3. Data harvesting: identify all available data sources, define data harvesting model and data frequency and reporting options
4. Parametrization of solution: customize our MACE platform based on input gathered and desired output
5. Testing and operationalize: go life and enter into hypercare mode and finetuning period

Pay as you go pricing sheet

We have made our pricing model easy to use and fully transparent based on a per user per month charge. After one year of using our service we will demonstrate an ROI of 2 to 3 fold the investment you made. Not to speak of the intangible benefits your company will gain from an improved communication with your business peers. We look forward to make you a tailored proposal and pricing offer at your simple request.

Invest in a POC and demonstrate unseen value to your business peers

During a POC we will focus on demonstrating potential value derived from our solution to all stakeholders involved and this within a 3 month timeframe. In order to achieve this challenge we will go through a light version of our MACE model and we will jointly limit the solution feature scope. Main reason is not to burden your organization in this phase of joint experimentation. The objective is for you to be in a position to assess the value you will derive with a full fledged implementation. Following a positive assessment we will leverage the investment already made in this POC to speed up delivery of a full roll-out.
